"Dr. Quirke needs a new receptionist. The charges are not posted or explained. I paid $450 in full at the time of my visit because cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance (normally) . The receipt I received for payment had no detail as to the charges or services performed, just marked paid. Bizarre. Several days after the visit the receptionist called and said I owed another's $130 for the office visit, and she needed my insurance information to submit a claim for the office visit. Why couldn't she tell me that at the time I was checking out and paying? So a total of $580 for 1 mole on my eyebrow removed and 2 moles on my body frozen. If you go, ask what ALL the charges are."
