"Can't say I'd ever go there. Especially since service is bad and it turns out the club encourages domestic violence. They have a bartender named Shakira Simpson (short girl with huge eyes and a bad attitude problem) who GOT DRUNK AND PROUDLY SPOKE ABOUT HOW SHE BEATS MEN AND SETS THEM UP! You'll never catch me at such a place. Not only is it wrong to let your BARTENDERS GET DRUNK but you let them BRAG ABOUT BEATING MEN?!?"

"Customer service was horrible... they lock your liquor up after we paid 400.00 for a section we waited for the waitress to come back like twice to unlock it but never seen her anymore. So we couldn't even enjoy the liquor that we paid for. On top of that one of my friends order the wings and never received her sauce that is suppose to come with it. She stop at least 3 different waitresses that told her that they would bring her her sauce back but they never came back."

"Pros: Great music. The woman security guard was super nice. Cons: They could do much better on the facilities. Monarch room itself is just truly comprised of sections. There is also a bar. The bottles are kept under lock and key at your table, so you have to ask “permission” to get a drink. The bathrooms are terrible. They look like early 90s school bathrooms with the push button sinks. Definitely takes away from the upscale vibe it is portrayed to be."

"I live in ATL but every time I visit Charlotte, this is my spot I frequent! I have had several parties here, from birthday gatherings to themed parties and have always had a blast. The personal bartenders are suffient and the club goes above and beyond to ensure the safety of the guest. Monitoring the alcohol ensures people don't over drink and have a responsible experience, after all, it's on the club if they send guest out overly intoxicated. My family has been in the club business for years and I know how challenging it can be so to see this establishment, as big as it, run smoothly warms my heart! This club has plenty of space and two sides to party, they even have an area to gather with friends to take pictures! I have always had an amazing experience and will be back anytime I'm in the Queen City!"

"Welp…. I’ve came here all the way from Chicago ….. just to come to probably one of the worst clubs I ever been to… let’s start with the bottle service… they serve you your bottle and after the bottle girl pour you a cup they lock the bottle away!!!!… literally LOCK IT AWAY and the bottle girl that served you can only unlock it with a key she has… if you ask another bottle girl to open your locked away bottle she’s gonna ask for a tip… you can’t get another cup until you find your bottle girl running around the place all night… I ordered a burger and fry for $20!… that literally looks like a burger that my daughter can make for me… if you ask for water they charge you $5 for a regular Walmart water bottle not even FIJI and it’s the same price for any other beverage …..the DJ was FIRE!!!!! Which is the only reason I stayed…. I wouldn’t go here if your upscale…. This place is a money scam and made for the ratchet hood vibe…"
