"Bought a suit here around Christmastime while visiting family for the holidays. The people in the store were pretty helpful at the time. It needed to have alterations done, so they told me that it would be ready on January 7, and that it would ship out the next day. I called on January 8, and I was told that it would actually be going out on January 9. Not a big deal. On that same call with the store, they told me that it would be going out via Fedex, and would take a couple of days to arrive. As of today (January 14) it had still not arrived. I called the store, and they said it had been picked up, but they claimed they didn't have any tracking information, so they told me to call customer service. I called customer service, and they didn't have any tracking information either. So they called the store, and after being on hold for around 20 minutes, the store was finally able to provide them with the tracking number. Not sure why the people in the store couldn't be bothered to provide that information to me when I first called. I checked the tracking information via Fedex. After originally telling me that it would ship out on January 8, which was then revised to January 9, they actually didn't send it out until January 13. I understand that delays happen. What is unacceptable, however, is that I was not told the truth about when it was sent out, and that when I called for the tracking information, they couldn't be bothered to check for it, and only did so after a customer service rep called them herself."
