"My experience was great in the beginning. The woman in the store helped me and walked me through finding a hairpiece. However, I went home and put it in my hair, and after one attempt the clip broke. I did see the sign that said no returns or refunds. When calling back to ask if there was anything I can do, they said no and that the hairpiece was inspected before purchasing. That is false. I didn’t see any inspection or anything. Just some advice— don’t buy any hair clip in extensions! They sold me a broken one!!!"

"DO NOT GET YOUR BRAIDING HAIR HERE. Once we got it home I could see how they had opened the hair and took some of the hair out of each bundle. I don’t know why but they did. I could tell because where there is usually a black rubber band there was a blue hair tie. I just go to the one next to Food Lion. It is cleaner, the people are nice and friendly, and it is organized better. We have to shop where we are appropriated."

"Well Raeford is officially turned out. Went here today and never had to use debit. Would have shown I.D with all the security it has.. usually my receipt is stapled but not today. It was given to me two receipts. Then she pat her head and proceeded to tell me to have a nice day. I never said anything to her about her work ethic in here but maybe guilty conscience plays a role ."

"Went into this store even though I’ve heard of racist behavior by the owner and staff. I can only encourage you to buy from black owned establishments. In facts there’s one less than 5 miles from this store. When I asked the owner about her behavior she asked me to leave which is perfectly fine, it’s her establishment. I will not spend my money here no matter how many options are in that store."
