"Title: Disappointing Service and Unhygienic Environment Overshadowed Great Food Rating: ⭐⭐ I recently dined at [ Kabajees and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the food itself was exceptional, the overall service and cleanliness of the establishment were major letdowns. Let's start with the positives. The food at Kababjees was undoubtedly the highlight of my visit. Each dish I ordered was prepared to perfection, bursting with flavor, and deserving of a solid 5 out of 5 rating. The chefs truly showcased their culinary skills, and I commend them for their efforts. However, the same cannot be said for the service. With the exception of Ayesha, who stood out as a shining star amidst the chaos, the rest of the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. It was evident that they lacked proper training in customer service. The waitstaff appeared overwhelmed and struggled to keep up with the demands of the restaurant, resulting in long wait times and a general sense of disorganization. Moreover, the cleanliness of the establishment was a major concern. Dirty dishes were left unattended on tables for extended periods, creating an unappealing and unsanitary dining environment. The bathrooms were in dire need of attention, with uncleaned floors and overflowing trash bins. Even the napkin holders on the tables were visibly dirty, which was off-putting and reflected a lack of attention to detail. It is disheartening to see such potential in the food quality overshadowed by subpar service and unhygienic conditions. While Ayesha's exceptional service was appreciated, it is clear that the restaurant as a whole needs to address these issues promptly. Customers should not have to compromise on cleanliness and service when paying for a dining experience. In conclusion, while the food at Kababjees was undeniably delicious, the poor service and unclean environment greatly impacted my overall experience. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for future patrons."
