"I'm disappointed in the service. I excused last year's bad service thinking with Covid, they were overwhelmed, but this year has been worse. We got them everything they needed a month before tax returns were due, and then kept putting us off, and now it's mid May they are just getting our taxes done. Ours are not complicated! We have been customers of this practice since before Jim Ogburn bought it. We won't be back."

"We met with Greg once then he handed our account off to Colleen and Tom. He charged an arm and a leg for Colleen's work, for every email and phone call! Much worse though was that when preparing our 2018 tax returns, Tom neglected to include one source of income for us. I have just gotten another bill, this one from the State, because of that error. Isley and his staff didn't offer to amend the returns, to write to the IRS, or to try to fix the problem in any way. No apology, not even the time of day. This firm has very poor ethics and work habits. If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would."

"We were a client of Jim Ogburn for around a decade prior to his business being sold to Greg Isley and they are definitely having some issues with the transition. They didn't request all the necessary info for our corporate taxes so it took me some time to get everything together without their guidance. Even though I submitted everything a couple months early, they still had to file an extension for us. As others have said, our fees are up and their efficiency is down. 4/16/21 - I'm changing our rating to one star. I just found out today that we owe back taxes and a penalty from this practice doing our taxes incorrectly in 2018. Stay far away."

"I used Jim Ogburn last year and it was amazing! Very personal and quick. This year they have had our taxes for a while. When we reach out it takes a while to get back to us. Then they state that they put everyone aside and do corporate accounts first. Seems like a weird thing to tell your clients who are paying 20% more this year for 75% less quality service. We really had high hopes this company would follow in the steps of Jim. I had many friends who were also going here but will not return the next year."
