"The rooms were dirty. I seen 2 roaches while in there. The guy in the front was rude. No clean towels or rags. We didn’t even have an tissue. Want to warm your food? No microwave. They seen we was all together but got separate rooms, put us in rooms far from one another on purpose. We wanted to sit outside, there was a lady staring @ us out her window the entire time. When she closed her window, the guy up front came outside."

"DONT GO HERE! So scary and so sketchy. You pull into what looks like an old gas station, with a car that has smashed windows. The front desk looks as if your in someone’s kitchen, a trashed kitchen. By far the weirdest, worst and most uncomfortable “motel” I have ever walked into. If you drive around the back, there are abandoned rooms, without doors and broken windows. We got to our room, to have people come out of their rooms and stare at us as we went into the room. Half of the lights wouldn’t turn on and the air didn’t work. Needless to say, we did not stay here and neither should you."

"Cheap for a reason Place falling apart. The white guy at counter is extremely rude and yes I'm white too so no racisim just rude. They don't clean rooms till late and you have to request it."

"I booked a room double beds. When we arrived the surroundings didn't look safe. My card was charged at 8:23am and check out is 11am. Check in is at 3pm. So not sure why I was charged before anyone checked out of the room if it were occupied before I arrived. Once getting the key and going to check the room out. It looked as if it had been vacuumed. The bathtub was dirty. Had looked as if something had been spewed in it. The toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor. No towels for drying off or bathing with. One of the wall outlets looked as if it had been melted many times. The sheets were not clean had hair on it. The night stand had an indescribable secretion on it that had not been cleaned was dried up. The walls had stains on them. When we went to talk to the staff she said we could not cancel the room then walked away leaving us standing at the window. We had to ring the bell to get her to come back to the window. When she came back she said she could give us another room all the while having an attitude. I told her no i want a refund. She said we don't give refunds. I told her online i had booked and paid more for a refundable room. She then said I needed to take it up with the online service I booked with and yet again walked away. She went to the back room of office and then peeked out seen we were still there so came back to the window. I asked to speak to the manager she then said that that they don't have one. I told her I would like a refund that they could charge for one night. She said no. I then called my card to have them block charges and the other called the booking service I had used. We were charged for one night and refunded the rest. While we were waiting to be seen by the rude staff there was a military man in uniform that wanted a room that he booked online, she turned him away saying that they had no rooms. Which was a lie. They had many rooms available.The staff is very rude. I took pictures of the problems in the room as proof. Would really be nice if i could up load them."

"I think the attendant in the lobby is behind bullet proof glass. We pulled up to many shady people hanging out in the parking lot. The place has a horrible, indistinguishable odor. It took forever to get checked in, they use dial-up to charge a credit card. We asked for a king bed in a non-smoking room and found a king bed surrounded in ashes with a shower whose walls were caving in. We asked for a different room and found another smelly room with bugs. We then received a 3rd room with many mystery stains on the walls and a shower that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. Showering is clearly not an option. Apparently they serve a free breakfast...I will not partake in ingesting anything from this hotel. Can't wait to leave!!"
