"I just moved from Virginia Beach where the Aldi there was clean and well-stocked. Before that, I'd always go to Aldi in New Milford CT. The one on Central Ave in Albany presented quite a different experience. The shelves were empty; the store seemed neglected & nothing I expected to be on the shelves based on their website was there. Super mad I took the drive to this place; what a bummer. Save your time & don't bother shopping here."

"I always do order pickup every week here but sadly will no longer. After a long day of work and long ride home, I realized that over $150 worth of groceries was not given to me and I had to call the callcenter for a refund as the store does not have a direct phone number. Sadly even with the call center, I still have not been refunded for everything missing and will have to call again. I also live 45 minutes away and got the groceries on the way home from work, so it's not like I could go back to the store in time as they close at 7. After this experience they have lost a long time customer."

"Love this Aldi! Always fresh products at the best prices compared to all the PC/ Market32 in the area. Don't go on the weekends or midday unless you're ready to deal with large crowds."
