"New Update: They charge you a fee to leave a tip on your card. Bring cash. And still can’t get paperwork to cancel after asking at least 6 times now and sending multiple emails so I have to cancel another card and I’m stuck with unused credits. Update: Do not use any card with this business. I’ve cancelled numerous times and even contacted the manager at the email address provided below in their response to cancel. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one issued to stop them. A few years ago I used my debit card there for a one time purchase so, apparently, they kept that information and charged the monthly fee there. I had to submit a fraud complaint and they had to cancel my card and re-issue a new one. This has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I’m traveling and cannot use my debit card because of this business. There are so many better spa type businesses around Southern pines so please do not give them any financial information! I’ve requested to cancel my membership numerous times. They won’t let the people at the front desk give you the forms but they won’t send them to you either. I’ve notified them at least 8 times to cancel, but they are scammers and just refuse to give you the forms. I had to cancel my card and get a new one to make the charges stop. It’s very inconvenient and they are pretty much stealing from people at this point. Whatever you do do not give them your credit card."

"So first off I went for a facial waxing. I was told I needed a facial in addition to the wax. Not what I wanted but agreed with the condition. Well after having a completely botched eyebrow wax and upper lip I thought I would call and let the manager know. Giving a company fair warning about services gone wrong and the possibility to make things better. I found out my technician was not the waxing person, they really don’t do facial waxing they perform facials. Ok why do you offer the service?? I made it clear when booking my appointment my priority was a facial waxing! I was charged a good amount for the worst service. I will pay the extra money and go to my dermatologist"

"DO NOT START A MEMBERSHIP!!! 12/29/23 update, so I canceled my membership through the ridiculous process. They charge you one months membership fee to cancel. This was completed and confirmed through a receipt in email on 12/05/23. Today I was charged again for my already canceled membership. Now I have to wait till most likely Tuesday the 2nd to call and probably fill out some form and wait 72 hours. It’s like buying g a car from a shady car dealership. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP!!!!!!!! I tried to cancel and the process is ridiculous! You have to wait 72 hours for customer real actions to give you a call. Then they send you a form to fill out then you wait. All the while still being charged. The lady at the front desk is fast talking and tries to get you to sign up. Like you don’t have time to think or really look things over. She just goes on and on and does t stop talking till you have signed up. You do so so easily because she tells you it’s easy to cancel and you can do it at anytime. FALSE, this experience has been a pain."

"If I could give 0 stars I would, these people are absolute scammers. They refused to cancel my membership for months even though I would call constantly. They will steal hundreds of dollars from you and have no morals. Also some of their estheticians have no business having their license as they make horrible mistakes with their services that can leave you physically scarred. Do not buy from them! Find a better and reputable spa that will take good care of you!"
