"I had a good experience here. Last minute we decided to switch my sons vest and bow tie color for prom an hour before he had to leave. The man that was working (I think could have been the owner) let me take a couple colors home for him to try and allowed me to bring them back then next day when we returned the tux. I appreciate everything he did to make sure my son was happy and comfortable with his color choice so he can have an enjoyable prom. Thank you for all your help it was much appreciated."

"I bought a tuxedo for work, the first time I wore the pants they split from back to front in the middle of my first shift. When I called wanting then replaced he said he wouldn’t but he’d get me another pair but I would have to pay for them. I couldn’t try them on when I picked them up. He ordered the size too small and won’t replaced them. Plus he’s over priced. I have found the same tuxedo several prices for much less."

I think the guy was eating a hotdog with some mustard at the time when he was putting my shirt away.. at least it wasn't ketchup."

"rented a tux for a friend of mines wedding. when i picked the tuxedo up originally last week the owner had no change so he told me he would give me the $10 back when I returned the tux, whatever that’s fine. I was never given an expectation of when the tux was expected back, so I figured the weekend after the wedding was fine(I take accountability for maybe not having somebody else drop it off, however nothing was ever explained to me?). I received a pretty rude phonecall today stating that today was the last day before I would be charged late fees. I was never at any point explained the return process or any fees that would happen afterwards. i work in manhattan and get off the train at 5pm so getting to this place before closing is difficult so i rushed over there. I asked for my $10 and I was made to seem like the bad guy for even asking because I brought the tuxedo back six days after the wedding. I told the owner to keep his $10 because obviously he needs it more than I do. Apparently he was also extremely rude to everybody else in my friend’s wedding party who rented tuxedos from this place. I am getting married in 2024 and was going to use him but now I won’t be"
