"Very cool river-bottom bike/walk trail. Paved. Pavement in generally smooth condition. Will flood somewhat during big water release from the dam so just be aware of that. Also, there is a detour near MM 16. Be ready that. Good Trail!!"

Had to stop myself from pausing for pictures constantly...a wholesome experience. 4 miles in 30 minutes with energy to spare and I must say that this location played a big role in the overall good feel of the run. Would do this everyday if I could. Saw dear and the river views were stunning."
