"The staff can be quite rude for no reason or seem very miserable, often there are carts with supplies blocking the aisles as many have said before and they often don't have basic things stocked that I'm looking for such as cat supplies. Overall not the worst place to shop but if it wasn't conveniently on my way home from work I wouldn't shop here."

"Yes they run out of room for stock but they are doing alot better. People that work there are very plesant."

"I don’t understand why this store is always such a mess. There are hand carts with merchandise packed inboxes blocking the aisles ALL THE TIME. They closed to do renovations which did made the frozen food selection bigger.They need a bigger space and people to stock at night when the store is closed. Store on Route 29 is much nicer to shop in."

"This one lady who works there, noon on Aug 3rd, she's always so freaking miserable for literally no reason, no matter how nice you are to her she acts like her puppy just died or something. Everyone else is very nice a chipper but that lady is awful!!!"

"Dollar General has just about everything now. I found cake decorating kits at this DG. There are kettlebells here too as it is the new year. I was looking for cheap vinyl mini blinds though, and DG doesn't have those. There were curtains and paper shades, but no blinds. This is a good Dollar General, mostly because the store aisles are not cluttered and blocked off with merchandise like those DGs in the Midwest. There were actually 2 people at the registers too. Something else not seen in the Midwest. Keep up the good work Scotia, NY DG!"
