"Great Service that you wouldn’t expect from a big bank. The staff is always courteous and helpful. If you ever have a problem, the manager, Kelly will go out of her way to resolve your issue. Very happy with this Bank."
"I love the staff here. They have amazing customer service! It is always so easy to go through the drive thru, ATM, or going inside. Crystal and Alejandra are always so sweet!!"
"Suntrust was lackluster before merging with neighboring BB&T, to form Truist, which (ironically) does not instill a healthy amount of trust. We have, unfortunately, had multiple negative experiences that should have been simple transactions. The most frustrating part is that the manager says one thing, does another, and is old enough to remember when bank managers were polite, helpful, and professional."
"Similar story as others. The "callback" appointment type doesn't happen. Twice in a row. Either plan to go in to the branch or call customer service when you're ready. The callback system doesn't work. Customer service is helpful when you get them."
"Three strikes and you're out! I left a message with a teller to have a banker call me to schedule an appointment to deal with my recently deceased mother. They never called. I called the branch again to say no one ever called to set up an appointment with me. I was told by the person on the other end of the line that I didn't need an appointment to meet with a banker regarding my situation. So, this morning I arrived at the bank only to be told there were no bankers available for at least an hour and to come back. I responded by saying in that case I'd like an appointment. Good grief. The customer service stinks. After I deal with my mother's estate, we will close our accounts and find a new banking institution."
