"Wish I could give zero stars. I get a call from a guy who can't pronounce my name correctly and who immediately asks me to start verifying my identity. I tell him I don't know who he is and I am not going to give him my personal info without knowing who he is, what he wants and how he got my number. He hung up on me. I called the number back and spoke with someone and they wouldn't answer any of my questions either, I told them this feels like a scam to me. This business should be shutdown. After doing my own research I see they are a collections agency. I haven't lived in NC for a couple years now so I don't have any collection due. Based on the information I have found so far this company seems like a bunch of scam artists."

"The power company showed proof that I didn’t owe them any money, but this company reported negative remarks to credit agencies without having proof. They’re just out for the money. The sorriest excuse for a business I’ve ever seen."

"It looks like a lot of these guys either delt with a scammer pretending to be Bull city financial or just a really angry worker, but my experience was alright, for debt collection anyways. I got hurt and had some medical debt and I finally called them and they explained everything to me, so I just payed it off overtime with no fuss. The automated response service is slow as all hell though."

"I had a medical bill sent to Bull City Financial from UNC Hospital and I called them and spoke with Danny. We had a very cordial and nice conversation. He told me of various options and we proceeded to set up a payment plan with him doing better than I even asked for and assured me there would be no credit reporting as long as I paid according to plan. This was verified by someone to me that I had just happened to speak with at UNC that had just complete a payt plan with Bull City themselves. So, as of now I have nothing but good things to report about Bull City and I hope that doesn't change. Thanks Danny!"
