The Waterford Apartments

"Jacqueline gave me virtual tour last week and then i was in a rush to get some apartment in this community due to immediate need. I did not check google reviews before proceeding. Then one of the mutual friend said roaches issue is there across many buildings in this community. I did not get any information from management that, there is pest issue across the community and they would take care completely even if i get the roaches later on. That way I am assured from management. But getting this information from google reviews is unexpected. I paid the adiministration fee of $250 and $150 for application fee. They are not refunding that total amount $400 even though they missed this information at the time of community tour for me. So Waste of time and money. Please stay away from this community and management."

"Stay away from this community!!!!!! Terrible management , they are so so rude and wont respond back soon, you would need to go and do follow ups frequently in person in office for your all small/big service request. We reached out many times for charging incorrectly in statement which they agreed but they never corrected and ultimately we have to get it corrected at the time of move out settlement. We moved out but then we received an expensive move out bill that was completely inaccurate. Its a total SCAM and since these apartments are very old be aware of thing that when you decide to move out they will take all apartment renovation charges from you as if you are the only tenant lived there for decade. They wont even agree on the things if you dispute the charges and end up paying all renovation charges from your pocket. I would NOT recommend this community at all."

"This past Friday i had the pleasure of touring this community with Jacqueline! Not only was the property amazing but Jacqueline was very professional and provided information in great detail. She toured not only a beautiful unit but also took me around the property touring each amenities and even highlighted the area! This was one of the best touring experiences I have ever had and i just wanted to take a moment and give Miss Jacqueline her flowers. Thank you for the amazing tour!"

"Amanda and her entire team were extremely helpful with the entire process. She has always been very warm and inviting to me and others! They have a pretty quick response time which is pertinent to most people when they can’t physically go down to the office. I really appreciate that the most about them so far :D I can easily see I’ll enjoy living here! It’s such a cute smaller complex that’s close to so many things!"
