"Rula's professionalism at the bank stood out during my recent visit. Her courteous approach and skillful handling of transactions made for an efficient and pleasant experience. If you value a seamless and professional banking service, I confidently recommend Rula for a top-tier experience."
"Absolutely the worst company i have ever had to do business with! In an attempt to get assistance with an account issue, i used my mobile app which gave me no answer and a run around in menu circles. An hour after that i tried a call (good luck finding a number), which of course says customer support is experiencing high call volume and to leave a call back number, expected call back time is 30 minutes. One hour and 15 minutes later, no call back. I call back again, this time i held for the next associate (58 minutes) to be told i would have to call a different department. After 1 hour and 5 minutes on hold i was given another number to call, the same phone number i started with! Final call took 1 hour 41 minutes!"
"Waited in line in a very warm building for almost an hour for a cashiers check. This is something I could understand if halfway through the line until it was my turn I wasn’t listening to teller Camille (sp) complain “quietly” but loud enough to hear it from the lobby because her separators are short, talking about how she was ready to “walk out” and smacking her desk to let customers ahead of me know they hadn’t pushed a button fast enough or had generally frustrated her, putting her head in her hands while speaking to people about what they needed to do and rolling her eyes when she was done, just putting on a complete show of having a bad day. Everyone has bad days and it seemed like she was going through a burnout moment that won’t be helped by a lot of criticism, but I don’t make my clients aware that I’m overwhelmed to their face, especially if I don’t know them at all. Unfortunately we don’t get to do that in public-facing roles. It made my day worse and I won’t be back to this location."
"By far the slowest people I’ve ever seen in a bank. No sense of urgency and with 5 employees behind the counter only one seemed to be actually helping customers. Don’t go here if you’re in a rush because you will surely be behind schedule once you leave here"
