"I am absolutely floored at how wonderfully I was just treated at STS Tire. I discovered at work today that I had a nail in my tire, and a slow leak. Firstly -they stay open late, which is helpful to me in my long commute home. Q is the man who helped me. He was incredibly helpful - I drove up without a reservation, and they took my car right away. When the tire was repaired, Q did not charge me one penny, and they would not even take a tip. What an amazing surprise! I am very grateful to Q and the staff at STS. I will be coming here from now on!"

"Came in for 4 tires. No tpms issues or lights. I was quoted for 4 tires and agreed to the price. Kris, who was behind the counter, was friendly and helpful. I get the bill, and was charged an extra $40 for tpms sensors seals. I am in the automotive business, so I am aware of parts and the service end of the business. When I get my car, the first thing I check is the tpms sensors. They weren't even touched. I quickly brought it to Kris' attention and asked for a refund, which she agreed to. Also, each rim had scratches near the lugs which Kris stated "couldn't have been caused by the tire machine because it grabs the rim from the outer edge." She is absolutely correct. The tire mounting machine does grab the rim from the underside outer edge. But what caused the scratches is the tire balancer which has a hub that mounts over the center and is coated to protect the finish. Not in this case. It's an old truck, so I let that go. If I had a newer vehicle, it would have been a different story. Anyway, after receiving my refund, I headed home. About a mile down the road, the TPMS light comes on. Again, being in the business, I know it wasn't because of the sensor not functioning. The sensor had to go through a relearn which is easy enough to do, but for someone who didn't know, it may have been a different story. My 2 cents...."
