The whole point of me calling is to know before I make the time to go to the store. No reason a manager should be this unprofessional to the customer. Edit - After reading over some other reviews I immediately recognized they were about the same person. “What’s the difference between hemmed and un-hemmed? Just as it sounds one is hemmed and one is not hemmed” Fire this red haired woman. She is bad for business."

"It’s a shame because I was a huge fan of the store. Received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from the dark skinned girl with red hair. For example when I was asking the difference between hemmed and unhemmed, her explanation was “just like it sounds, one is hemmed, one isn’t hemmed” she was also generally just rude and kept repeating herself to the point where I had to leave the store. The lady was already annoyed from the moment I walked in the store."
