"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The fridge did not work and the smell that came out of it was horrid!!! There was hair inside the shower from people who previously stayed in the room. There was a nasty dried up substance on the bathroom door, bathroom door did not close. Room had an empty roll of toilet paper. I would never stay here again"

"So, read this because this is a true story and isn't one sided. The apparent Indian family who owns this establishment feel like the problems they have with the rooms of their guests need to be handled by the help hired here??? I check in here because it's close to where I need to be. I notice toilet is clogged? I tell the guy at front desk, an apparent family member. He says I'll have to tell housekeeping?? I'm so tired I don't want to deal with it. Next morning I tell the front desk person, another family member, and she says I'll send housekeeping to take care of this. That was at 7:30 am and it's now 8:45am?? As she told me 8:30 they'll be here? As I was drinking my coke I noticed a cochroach trying to drink the water on my nightstand from the condensation accumulated on the wood? My policy is if you're an owner you're not beneath doing anything in your business and these people apparently believe they are? Enough question marks on my review for you not to stay here? Ohh, and I don't think the hot water works either because I let it run forever last night and it got Luke warm? Still nobody at my room to fix the toilet that hasn't worked since I checked in as I'm ending this utterly terrible review!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. I was placed here for 10 days as the apartments where I live were being renovated. The halls smelled like urine, the rooms couldn't possibly have been cleaned and it was infested with roaches. Not to mention the sketchy people that were hanging out and/or living there. That's another story for another day. The bathroom definitely hadn't been cleaned in some time as there was a piece of paper on the floor that had been there so long it was stuck to the floor. Avoid this place at all cost. You'd be better off sleeping in your car. The pictures actually look better than the real thing."

"Listen, no one is expecting 5 star treatment at a quality inn, but it’s a chain I frequent often and it’s always a good place to stay. This place was dirty, like really gross. Sticky stuff all over the floor, black stains on the bed, just truly gross. The bare minimum is a clean room and that wasn’t even close. Would not recommend."

"I have absolutely in my 50 years on this earth never stayed in a place so awful. Room was dirty . I cleaned with Clorox wipes . Toilet was not working. Very tun down and needs updated. No elevator just stairs that hurt my already bad knee. I booked here because my AC went out in my home with an 105 heat index here . And also because it said it had a pool . The pool was closed and they said it needed inspected. In middle of the summer. I would not recommend staying here . It was absolutely awful here . Hope me and my daughter don’t get sick from staying here. There was also other guest having a domestic dispute in the hallway all day and night across from my room. This is not a place safe for children. The breakfast was awful. Only thing I did like was I had AC I. My room."
