"Parke & Ronen has repeatedly provided the perfect luxury retail experience: the clothes are well made and incredibly flattering, while each purchase is supported by individualized, thoughtful advice. Visiting their HQ in Manhattan was a pleasure to figure out which styles and colours suit best. There is one massive downside, and that is the primitive online shopping available to non-US residents: all the unexpected import fees added $110 to a $170 purchase, after the goods had been received in Europe. An e-commerce platform with better transparency of such extra costs would remove this barrier to regular purchases."

"Update: totally different experience more recently. Owner/designer was there and he was proactive in helping and making suggestions about patterns and styles of swimwear. Without me asking, went to bring different sizes to show me how they would fit. Felt like a I had an expert personal consultant. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Changing from 1 star to 5. Terrible customer service. In the store, they act like they're doing you a favor to look for your size. "Oh, you want to try another size...eye roll....". Also be warned if you're ordering online. I ordered a pair of swim trunks only to be told two days later that my order was cancelled because the inventory that they showed online was wrong. No apology. Just, your order was cancelled."

"Please do not order from this company. Their sizing is off and they take weeks to reply to emails. When they do its to tell you its youre problem. I was forced to re order alternative size to make a set up... and in that order i paid for they told me last minute an item was no longer available. I emailed to say i was unhappy with this as it was shown in stock. They cancelled my entire order a d refused the sale. Leaving me stuck with wrong sized items i cannot use and they refusing to help. Horrible company. Never known a company treat customers so badly."
