"I was Greeted by the guard when I entered she was friendly and told me where to go to get what I was looking for. The store was a wreck, the lower level needs some tlc and attention to detail. The cashier Diana was friendly. I'm not sure who the store manager is but there's no reason for the store to look that way. Please get it together. The prices are great. I found everything I was looking for."

"Great home items. Many of the items will be broke/chipped/scratched/dented bit mostly in working order. That's why they are so cheap here. Won't be a lot of help or many of any one great item. There is no "more in back" situation here lol"

"I’ve been on the line for over an hour waiting to pay for ONE item!! It’s the holidays and they didn’t anticipate there would be more customers and to schedule or hire more employees?! I understand being understaffed but having JUST TWO cashiers is extreme and seems like very poor management! Not to mention the cashiers move like molasses, no sense of urgency whatsoever!! In my history of shopping I’ve have never experienced anything like this!!!"

"Poor customer service. no line for returns so you have to wait on a very long line and there's hardly anyone walking around to offer customers help. If someone does stop when you ask them for help, they have an attitude like they don't want to help you"

"Six months ago I left a comment about how this Burlington location has the worst waiting lines I have ever experienced. The owner left a comment but 6 months later I am back and they have not changed the system at all. You have to wait up to an hour in line to purchase one single item. A fast lane was open but they closed for no given reason. This continued experience has turned me off from coming to Burlington. This predominantly black neighborhood needs to be respected. Standing in line for an hour to get a single item is not worth the deal. In fact, the cheap clothes or shoes are not quality and do not last long. I recommend to never come to this location even if you have no other choice. You will regret it the second you see the line and the lack of staffing to meet the demand. Burlington clearly does not care about it’s customers. I guarantee you as more non-black people move to Flatbush, the customer service experience will improve. For now, go to white neighborhoods for Burlington. And if you cannot afford it, save the money you currently have and purchase the quality item elsewhere. It will last longer. Please please do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all cost"
