"Ashley Jones at the front desk greeted me with such enthusiasm on A Tuesday morning and accommodated an early flight arrival - I literally was excited to see her the next morning as she engaged in conversation around my husband’s UNC basketball game attendance the night he before proving she was really listening to the customer! Finally I had a special video conference meeting with my reporting VP at an odd time and she made an exception to allow for a late checkout. Customer service was superb from start to finish of my stay! I was a returning customer and will again and again - this hotel staff understand business customer needs!!!"

"Was here for a few nights and really enjoyed my stay! Ashley at the front desk was super kind, welcoming and attentive, she really went above and beyond making us feel comfortable and secure. You can order food & drinks at the bar and they will give you a complimentary ride to the airport. I highly recommend staying here. Clean room, nice, safe area if you’re from out of town snd very nice welcoming staff. Thanks Ashley!!!!"

"This was the worst Aloft we have ever stayed at. We chose it for the location as it was close to the airport. The lady at the front desk was great very helpful and polite, and so was the shuttle service to and from the hotel. The problem was the hotel itself was absolutely disgusting! The walls and carpets were all stained the halls and rooms smelled like backed up sewage we actually checked the bed for bed bugs and thankfully they had bed bug covers on the mattresses except that they were put on inside out. The shower was covered in mold stains. Toilet and floors were dirt. Ive stayed at hotels that were half the price and so much cleaner than this. We will never be staying here again."
