"The customer service is great. I have to say though, I will almost go ANYWHERE else because of the predatory information requirements just to make a simple 10 dollar purchase. I caved and signed up for a “rewards” account so I could just give them my phone number and leave. The rep asked if i wanted to opt OUT of marketing emails and i said YES. I literally get in the car and my phone is notifying about Sallys Hot New Deals… it’s intrusive and it makes me uncomfortable. No one does this anymore"

"Never had a problem with staff here, always seem willing to help. Problem is that they're usually out of things I need and have to make 2nd trip or order online. Definitely not prepared for the various sales promotions they advertise online. Hate they closed the Brevard store. I could usually count on them in a pinch."
