"Usually I wouldn't step foot into this establishment i went to family dollar on Seneca st last night store #7610 went into the store again because of a employees excellent customer service her Name is Naudia . I know how it is to work for this company I worked there for 10 yrs as a store manager they don't treat employees top notch . But this girls customer service was top notch . I was impressed and if someone can tell a employee that . That really makes their day and I'm sure she loved being told ."

"I encountered the most rude associates working in this location today. The cashier was coughing up a lung and when I asked if she was sick, I was told by another employee (possibly assistant manager), “Yes, she’s got a cold. Do you have a problem with that?” I said, “Yes, she should be home if she’s sick.” The response was, “She’s got a mask on. Maybe you should be wearing a mask if you have a problem with it”. She then proceeded to tell me that there is a mandate which I was violating. I put my items down and walked out. I have never been treated so rudely in a retail establishment. Do not go in this cesspool of germs. It is better to pay a tiny bit more at a clean, hygienic store."

"This location was my favorite. Past employees really made sure the customers found what they were looking for, store was stalked and clean. Unfortunately this location no longer has those caring employees. Personal/store conversations that should be private are done in front of customers. Shelfs aren’t stock, Acting store manager is rude and once told me he was glad I was “In and out” this has forced me to drive to Ridge Road location or to their competitor across the street. Recently driving in the parking lot a sign on the door read “Store Closed Until Further Notice” such a shame to see it in a year go down…"
