I understand that this is New York, roaches are everywhere, but I don’t really want to see them in my dining establishment. Cannot bring myself to come back."

"MANAGEMENT SHOULD TAKE SERIOUS ACTION Workers are terrible. They are standing with the bad attitude. I went to the store today @ 3:35pm on 5/6/2021 and waited on the line for almost 15mins and when i asked the worker how long it will take for them to take my order. The guy and lady they litterally screamed at me and the guy said that "If i cannot wait than I can leave the store". This is ridiculous. And i ordered creamcheese on Bagel and the guy intentionally put very very small quantity of cream chees. I have attached the photos of the guy and my order that i received from him."
