"Reserved U-haul track a week in advance. When we came to pick-up the track, Bob’ office was closed. U-haul territory manager tried but could not get in touch with Bob’ office. We finally went to U-haul facility at Bellerose, which is 5 miles from Bob’ Automotive Repairs."
