"The worst shopping experience I have ever had. Sales rep did not inform me of the 3 for $99 deal. As a result, I took 1 shirt and before I confirmed the transaction, I noticed the sale and the rep assured me that I won’t be charged for that shirt. However, I still was charged $109 for one shirt. I also returned the 3 shirts because of fits and 2 months later, they never issued the return credit and no response after i submit inquiries via their website. so I had to dispute the charges through my credit card company. They lied to my credit card company saying they never received the returned goods, but when I called the customer service, they acknowledged that they had not returned the credit and asked me to drop the dispute so they could issue one. In the end, I had to submit my return receipt so my credit card company can arbitrage. This is so freaking ridiculous."
