"Worst service ever gave me the wrong drink and when i requested to replace it both workers wanted to charge me for a new drink even tho I didn’t drink or touch the one they made absolutely wouldn’t recommend going there"

"I always get their matcha creme brulee milk tea. Love the drinks and service. But this time when I got my usual order, matcha has a bitter after taste, not sure if they changed the type of matcha they use."

"I should’ve read the reviews. I never tasted the La Croix version of bubble tea till I went to whale tea. It’s as if the lychee flavor came from lychee that was in the same room as the ice being blended. Im going to assume inconsistency because others have had good experiences. Im sorry for the negative review but it was $7. I hope the recipe can be adjusted so that you get what you pay for. Very nice store and a pretty nice spot, slower service than I’d expect, but hopefully it can improve."

"A fancier-looking boba place in the neighborhood with many options and nice service. However, the last 2 times I have gone, the drinks have been lacking flavor. I ordered both their oolong tea and their coffee crystal drink. The oolong tea tasted almost like water, which surprised me because oolong tea typically has a unique flavor. The coffee crystal drink wasn't as watery tasting but also only had the tiniest hint of coffee and milk flavor; the herbal jelly inside of it also had no flavor or sweetness. Both drinks didn't have any noticeable sweetness either, even though I did not change the sugar % when ordering. Their store looks really nice and I have wanted a trendy store in the neighborhood for a long time, so I hope they can improve their recipes soon."

"Not too sweet. Its my favor tea shop in the neighborhood. I dont like tea that you can taste like they made from powder. This store dont have that kind of taste. I did see one of the staff made the tea with actual tea leaves. I do recommend this store."
