Reviews of Sushi Palace
"I have been getting sushi from there for years and today I decided to bring my family of 5 there. When I tell you the service was horrible. The place is not big and we were ignored for more than 20 minutes before being seated. I mean not even a hello. Then being seated the service continued to be horrible. We had to flag staff members from coming to take our order, to getting drinks, to finally getting our bill. They never came to check on if we needed anything. I hate that this is my experience as this really has been one of my favorite places to go have sushi."
"I ordered Katsu Don, My wife orders pad Thai. The food was ok. Katsu Don needed a little more flavor. It was more on the bland side. Pad Thai was kind of sweet but ok as well. I felt like overall it was ok. My food came with miso soup. The atmosphere was nice and the waiters we're attentive and friendly. The service was fast. They have a deal for all you can eat sushi where you fill out a card on what you will eat. If I remember correctly it's $27 per person and $30 on weekends. Although the food was underwhelming I will go back this week to try out the sushi. In the photo provided you see the plates of unlimited sushi ready to be served. I'll give an update when I come back. Update: I ate all you can eat sushi. It was a much better experience. I started off with 24 rolls. After you make an order you can order again in case you wanted to pace yourself at first. The sushi was good. My wife had teriyaki. It was sweet from the sauce and the chicken was crispy. After I had my first plate. It seemed like the waiter didn't pay attention to us anymore. I had to catch him. I thought maybe he's making us wait because the food would settle and we would be full. I shook myself up and said not yet! I ordered 32 more rolls. When it was served I noticed it was just 24. Thank goodness I barely finished. Seems like 35 rolls is my limit. At the end we finished with ice cream which was part of the menu. We had sodas which is charged separate and the two orders of all you can eat. I'll attach the receipt. If you're a sushi lover and want to get filled this place is good. It'll be a while before I return just because I'm full at the time of writing this."
"Great bang for your buck spot. Participated with the AYCE option for a birthday, I was surprised how good the quality of the food was. Everything ordered was very tasty. The staff was very accommodating."
"Came here on a Monday evening. Definitely was craving sushi & sushi we got! All you can eat sushi here! Good atmosphere & ambience. Dimmed lights. Good decor. Street parking. Miso soup & mushroom soup was good. Spring roll was ok...plum wine was good. Hot sake was good. Sushi was blend but good quality. Overall nice experience. I definitely Recommend."
"It was our first time here last Wednesday at around 6:30 pm. The restaurant wasn’t crowded at all, so we were seated as soon as we walked in. The waitress was attentive and the service was fair. We ordered from the all you can eat menu. Adult was $23.99 and kids under 10 was $12.99, fair price and the sushi were fresh. Most of the appetizers were very tasty and yummy. But the down size was that they reduced the number of pieces from our order without notifying us. According to the menu, each roll should come in 8 pieces, but one of the special roll we ordered only came in five pieces. We also notice that there were flies flying around us during our meal. We were sitting in front of the sushi bar, so I wasn’t sure if that was why flies were flying around. The interior was decorated nicely. Huge parking lot at the back of the restaurant."
