"I came to ZONI BROS. in a bit of a panic. The red temperature light came on on my 2000 Honda Shadow VT600 and I feared my bike was gonna seize up on me. When I rolled in, I tried NOT to let my panic show b’cuz as a woman rider these bike shop guys are all gruff and snarly and you have to walk in with a tough attitude. I needn’t have worried. Rich greeted me warmly . . . kibbitzed with me a bit. Then he took the time to make an initial diagnosis. He was pretty busy ~ ( cars pulling up ) ~ but l saw him greet everybody cordially. I needed anti-freeze but he also let me know that I’m going to need a new water pump. ( Oy vey! ) Very patient to explain things to me. I’ll be back."
