"Visited this location for the same run/of-the-mill purposes most folks do- gas. Because there were no price signs, I simply went in to ask the assistant the cost of Premium, to which she replied, 4.69. It wasn’t until after I left to find a cost for a tank of Premium gas, that I realized the quote given could not be correct. What nut would purposely do that? In retrospect, it’s really now not that much of the stretch since the nuance of the place made me think “ 1960’s Jim Crow Ignorant Backwardness”, silly racist cashier to boot. If you’re a sensible Black person/citizen looking to stop in to a gas station to simply purchase gas as most of the population must do, and be on your merry way, bypass Earp’s at Brighton. No telling what kind of nutty, backwards commentary you may have to incur. Now I know what I’ve heard about the potentially mangled timeline of Mint Hill is not at all potential, but present and true. I really don’t want to have to get along with you. It’s gasoline."

"I’ve tried this place 4 times for a car wash. Don’t waste your money. This is beyond unacceptable. I’ll get my gas and wash elsewhere from now on Update: spoke to management about the issue and requested a refund. It is clear they are aware the wash doesn’t “wash” well. He acknowledged the problem and when I asked why they continue to take customers money and don’t fix or upgrade the problem, there was no answer. Just a lot of stammering and “ok”. This car was should be shutdown and upgraded or replaced. They basically know they are selling a subpar product to customers and don’t care"

"I was playing scratch off tickets at this establishment and I gave the clerk a $10.00 Panthers ticket to cash in and she said that I didn't. I've had several problems with this individual and she is Very unprofessional and has several things going on at once and can't keep up. You need more than (1) clerk on duty to keep up with the High pace. I'm glad it was only a $10.00 ticket had it been more then I would ask for the cameras to be checked so that you can see where I did hand her a card."
