"Terrible experience. The communication was a 0. Majority of the time Matt or his associates would just text me or email and ask for documents last minute. I had to reach out to them anytime I wanted an update on my file. My closing was pushed back 3 or 4 times. I was a first time homebuyer and no one at the office seemed to care that it was my first time and I didn’t know much about the process. They didn’t seem interested in making sure that I got to closing at all honestly. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone."
