"I wish I never brought my phone to iFixScreens Lindenhurst. I am not satisfied with service provided. The replacement screen installed does not function satisfactorily. When questioned, the staff reported it is the correct one for the phone. The color huenis incorrect, the screen cannot be seen while outside, and the original screen went edge to edge, while the new one has a black border surrounding the entire screen. While inspecting the phone, I am looking to replace the screen myself, I noticed that the back of the phone is just glued on, from the manufacturer. While the service was performed, the old adhesive was never cleaned up, and no new adhesive was ever used to secure the back panel. I think more care and professionalism should be displayed. I reached out to the store twice, and have not received a response. I also stopped in to discuss the issues, and that was when I was told it is the correct screen, and that was when I left. They seemed to have washed their hands of the issues, and want nothing to do with the poor results. Now it seems only the protective clear screen was damaged, and should have been replaced, rather than the entire display. Now the phone is not what it was, and I have no place to turn to for support. This has been a horrible experience, and would never recommend iFixScreens Lindenhurst, to anyone. Pay the price, and have an authorized dealer fix your equipment."

"I recently went to get a new battery for my phone and was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. Not only did they provide me with a new battery, but they also fixed my charge port. The same day service was greatly appreciated as I rely heavily on my phone for work and personal use. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions thoroughly. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone in need of phone repairs."

"So far I had a great experience! My phone has been acting up for a while and I knew the back of the phone was broken and I had that fixed and turns out the battery was messed up! The guy fixed it in 40 minutes and now the phone is working perfectly for the time being. Also this place definitely was offering better prices than some of the other phone places I called up. I’m happy everything worked out and I hope that that’s the last of the problems! they were so attentive and understanding for a broke college student and I’m so thankful. god bless ❤️ thank you guys"

"Called up and needed a quick iphone 11 screen replacement late on a Sunday after my wife broke her phone at the beach. They got me in and phone screen fixed in under an hour. Great service will definitely use again if i have any other phone issues."
