"Not at all what I expected from a local Bank. Opened a Business account 1st. visit no employee could do the application so I had to come back. Came back to complete the Business Application was told the Business Card would be ready in a week going on 2nd week I still don't have the Card. Now Lumbee employee says might be another 2 weeks before receiving the Card. Unfortunately Lumbee Corporate Office not sure when I'll be receiving it. (Why NOT invest in equipment that works?) Technology today why NOT have printer at ALL local Lumbee Banks? Why Lumbee bank invest in their customers making transactions & visit a little easier?"
