"Decided to check this out from a text ad. I decided to get the tactical knife that they offered for free paying only shipping. Item was as advertised and shipping was very fast (received in three days from order date). The knife was very high quality, has a good weight to it and the assisted opening is flawless. If I have any complaint it's that there is no serrated portion at the base of the blade. That's a negative for the blade manufacturer however and not My Tactical Promos. Will definitely be buying from them again."

"Here’s The First Part! I responded to an email offering a tactical bag. It looked decent in the pictures, so I went ahead and paid for the shipping only which was $4.99 It arrived promptly via USPS ground advantage with tracking, and I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of the shipment and arrival. Only the agreed amount of $4.99 showed on my credit card statement. However, the bag is small, but can be put to use as a bag for my dog to carry on walks or as a shoulder bag! It does seem to be made very WELL with plenty of snaps, flaps and pockets! The addition of the rubberized American flag with Velcro on one side is a nice touch. Due to an extremely tight income situation I am forced to cancel any further items and or membership and since both an email and left a phone message advising my tactical promos that I want any further charges and memberships canceled. I will follow up here on Google Reviews if anything of concern does arise. Again, the positives are very fast shipping of a well-made product! Update 02/06/2024 I just received a verification text from The Company that My “Membership” was cancelled as per My request! I am very impressed at the fast response and support from My Tactical Promos! Revising up one more Star!"

"Communication from customer support is excellent and the product I received was also excellent in quality and exactly as described and pictured, BUT purchasing products for Free plus ONLY s&h is tricky. They definitely try to trick you into purchasing extra stuff and automatically subscribe you to monthly memberships that carry separate reoccurring charges after your "trial membership" is over. THIS WEBSITE IS NOT A SCAM AS LONG AS YOU READ ALL THE SMALL PRINT AND SAVE YOUR TRIAL END DATES."

"I saw this company advertised and thought some items would be a great Christmas gift. I have seen some negative reviews regarding not being able to cancel or never hearing back from them after the fact and was a little worried that I'd been scammed. Not the case at all. I received my products. The next month I saw charged on my card but don't remember receiving anything in the mail. Emailed the company, who responded within hours and was reminded I signed up to receive a product every month. So I had good customer service and quick response. If you want to cancel or have questions, email is the way."
