"They have just rolled out a $9 fee for account holders who don't maintain at least $100 daily or aren't enrolled in e statements. Neither of these apply to my family as we have 8 bank accounts here although my wife and I were charged to which we had to waste our time calling to have the money refunded. Seems like we'll charge 10,000 account holders 9 dollars and we'll make 90,000 profit and hopefully people won't waste their time calling... To me this is a shady business practice and will be going to first Citizens tomorrow."

Today, for example, a very helpful and patient young lady whose name is Marie (I wish I'd gotten her last name!) helped me with something that was a big deal to me. She was just so patient and knowledgeable, and she solved my problem very efficiently. She works at the Walhalla branch, and I sure hope her supervisors appreciate the effort she puts into customer service."
