"I have always gone to bank Ozzie for change for the post office, prior to today I have never had an issue. They day I was meet with a very rude and snarky new bank teller who tells me if I don’t have an account I can’t get change. Didn’t even offer to open an account just gave the money back and turned away. If you are not nice to people you should not be in a customer service position. I will never set foot in there again."
