"Location isn’t great but the property itself is safe. Around the clock security guards. EXTREMELY friendly staff who go above and beyond what any other hotel would do. Cares about the people that stay there. So far in the last year the only negative reviews are from people that got mad about being evicted. If you don’t pay you don’t stay. And if you cause trouble you also won’t be staying."

"Seven months ago when I stayed here for two weeks I would have rated this motel ," one star". The staff were rude, unprofessional and the environment unfriendly. I was told the rooms only get cleaned after you have been there for a week and only once a week. There was a lot of illegal activities taken place around the motel which I felt unsafe. I came back to Charlotte and tried this motel again. I was totally shocked and pleasantly surprised by what appears to be upgrades. I am wondering if there may be a new owner or the owner saw the reviews which overall rated this motel a 2.9. I actually met the owner and it appears that all the staff who were here in January are gone and they have an entirely new staff. They are pleasant and friendly. The rooms are now cleaned daily and they now have security and they take safety serious and that is most important to me. I guess this is one of those times you do get a second chance to make a first impression. This place certainly impressed me this second time around and impressing me is not an easy task. I would highly recommend this motel if you are in the Charlotte area."

"I wouldn't stay there again if you paid me to. They only thing good about this place was the room rates. Outside of that it is awful. The witch(and I'm using the nice version) that works in the morning was not nice to anyone. I stayed there for three months last year and they never cleaned my room once or even offered to plus everyone that works there needs classes in customer service. I am adding more to my original comments, yes i did ask the front desk to have someone clean my room and it did not get done. I had to do it myself. I was raised how to talk to people and understand working in public, i did it for 12 years and never talked to anybody the kind of way i was talked to."

"I agree that every one was very very very rude and very unprofessional and they are against their own kind. They work against their own people. My room was not completely clean when I moved in I ask to have the room clean the receptionist made a smart remark and never sent anyone to properly clean the room. I have never had such experience before. I can assure that this is my last time coming here. The staff members need to work on customer courtesy. Their customer courtesy was very bad. The only person had courtesy was the white housekeeper all the black staff members were the most rude people I've seen."
