H2Oasis Plus

"I have been using H2Oasis since it was located in the Park Road Shopping Center parking lot way back in 2005, I think. They used to offer “water clubs” where one could either pay for $200 or $300 worth of water at one time, or you could have them deliver bottles straight to your house or office. I found it was easier to go with my Suburb full of 20 to 25 bottles every couple of months And it worked great for many years until apparently they sold the Company back in 2021 sometime and the money I had on account apparently just disappeared because when I came back in a week ago in October 2023 they didn’t even have the same system and The new owners didn’t know who I was and didn’t realize that I had prepaid it was very disconcerting to come in to get water and realize you’ve been scammed out of your money probably by the previous owner but at this point I have no idea. Fortunately they did still have good quality water and they filled my 10 bottles and carried them out to the car for me and put them in my vehicle and they were very pleasant young men. M"

"Anybody that saids since the new ownership took over that the service is better is flat out lying. They are absolute terrible. They were supposed to deliver water to me this morning and they said they showed up and it was no empties out there. Flat out lie, because they can't get into my building without calling me first. Every single time I've had water delivered the driver will call and say I'm here and I open the gate hand him the empty bottles and get my new bottles. The service is terrible and I'm thinking of finding a different company. I don't tolerate bad service. Really tired of this trash company with the non common sense drivers who don't have a clue and can't see to provide normal decent customer service. Never had one issue at all with the prior owners until these amateurs took over"

"We have used this company for a while now, but over the last several months their customer service has been in the toilet! I've contacted them multiple times and the only response that I can get is a vague email that doesn't even address my questions and is never prompt. They continue to put us on a regular schedule of delivery when we have told them multiple times that we only want to receive bottles when we order them. I am currently changing companies."

"I Absolutely LOVE this place❣ People don't realize that we possess a Gem within our community. The whole team that woks there down to the Newest Employee are Wonderful people with Awesome Customer Service. The filtration system is Topnotch which gives me Alkaline water that's like gold. I call it my "Living Water". The alkaline water is absorbed at a greater level within our bodies. It cleanses, flushes and Energizes with those hopping ions as it promotes self healing. I knew the difference after I moved away to Kentucky and could no longer get it. I am Thankful and Grateful for your level of Commitment to the Community."
