"So far I’m not happy with this bank. I canceled a payment to my mortgage and used bill pay to remake another payment; and they paid them both! I got my truck statement and used bill pay. Not only do they not have any records of the transfer, but they didn’t send an alert, and charged for late fees. While I was happy they at least refunded the fees, they seem to have problems with their services. Update, they have absolutely no idea how to cancel a payment on their own online services."
