"Our parks are sadly underutilized. There should be more attention given to activities like a splash park for kids in the summer. Also, a nice water feature would really inhance a more relaxing feel while we visit the parks. I have wanted a racket ball court for years. I cant always find someone to hit a tennis ball around but with a racket ball wall individuls can still knock a ball around and help stay in shape especially senior citizens. The kids play area at biggerstaff park should have swing sets and maybe a nice skate board park. And the huge beautiful old oaks need to have an arborist to take a look at them. Their majesty deserve recognition and attention. Just a few thought I thought would be nice and increase visitation to our parks. I would go more often for sure. And the amphitheater is hardly if ever used. We could have concerts and celebrations in the park like the fourth of july. Any way just my 2 cents."
