"The room waa surprisingly extra clean and the breakfast was well setup with many selections... The second shift manager was a complete jerk and totally ruined the very positive review I was prepared to share. I will acknowledge that I could have been better prepared and quite possibly avoided this, but I do my best on a budget. Anyway, I paid for a week ($100 deposit required) but had to leave a day early. After checkout, my plans for the day were delayed due to an awful storm. Their policy is no loitering and the seatng area is for patrons only. The waiting area is outside without accommodations. No exceptions were made given my 6-day stay and torrential rain. That was my injury and here is the insult - the rain made my pants soaked. I asked if i could use the public bathroom to change pants so that Im dry for the Uber - he said no. REALLY! Oh wow. There were no words to express the subsequent emotions I felt. However, I refused to give him any satisfaction of me distressed and I expressed no disrespect. From patron to pest after checkout... thats my experience."

"Horrible place! We paid for two nights and we stayed one few hours the first night! Strong cigarette and mariguana smell! My kids couldn’t sleep due the smell. We asked for a refund and was denied!"

"unless you like the trill of a unsafe area, mold, unlock outside doors, and roaches this hotel/motel is not for you. I got to the hotel at 12 in the afternoon; within 3 hours we found alive and dead roaches and when I went to get air I realized the door to the outside was left open which was a no go for me since I realized that the area was surrounded with homeless and really sketchy people who would probably do anything to get into the rooms I advise staying away and spending your money somewhere else. It is not worth the cheap price they offer.!!"

"HORRIBLE STAY!! There were so many problems with this hotel. The numbers in the elevator were taped on by packing tape, the room door stuck when trying to open it so we were told to “just kick it to open it” and “this happens all the time”, the sheets had stains on them making them appear dirty, the food was all open and expired, the floors were all covered in crumbs throughout. I would recommend everyone stay clear from this hotel and save yourself the hassle!"

"I did 5 stars so people could see me review. Hotel is old and just renovated. Walls are dirty and my room had a funny smell to it . My door was not secured all the way left a crack at the bottom of the door so bugs could potentially get in . Don’t let the looks of the lobby fool you ."
