"I thought staying here was going to be oaky, because our previous hotel had an issue so we had to find something fast.We got a room for Friday and Saturday. Seemed nice at first until we came back to our room from a long day at Carowinds that Saturday night, to find people in our room and none of our belongings inside. We went straight to the office, they had all of our things but said we only requested a one night stay, witch was not true! I then realized they never did give me a receipt. Mind you we got back there after 11 at night, the guy was very rude when I told him there must have been miscommunication! The fact that they just didn't call to see why ALL our stuff was left in the room was crazy to me. Clearly we was coming back!!! They whole situation blew my mind. We had our two kids with and they was very tired. It left us in a situation where we had to ride around at midnight to find another place to sleep. Never again!!!"

"Sorry I rated room safety wrong. It was well lit and I felt safe. Quiet a great night sleep. I dropped my credit card and front desk gentleman returned it before I knew it was gone. Great service thanks."

"I literally thought I was going to die here. I stayed all of an hour or 2 but couldn't get any sleep because it sounded like someone was getting beat up in the room below us. The room itself is terrible. No power outlets bedside. Walls, blankets and towels are old and dirty. Wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. We left and went to a different property. I pray I get my money back for the room."

"Front desk guy was extremely rude and unprofessional during check in and didn't care at all that I checked out early and was highly unsatisfied. The room itself was not very clean, the microwave was broken, shower dribbled water at best and patches of the ceiling bubbled and fell to the floor due to water damage. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE!!!"

"Typical, just need a not so fancy, cheap place to stay type of motel. Wouldn’t take the family there or anything but good for a stop over. Base your rating on those expectations. P.S. They need to accommodate early check in. The day I stayed there there wasn’t a soul or car in the lot and they wouldn’t check me in early. The guy at the desk was short and curt. No “we are booked/are cleaning”. Didn’t seem to want to be bothered."
