Order an item they take the time to come to your car and check ✔️ if it correct.Sometimes we think we know what we are ordering and that item may have changed and replaced by another lot number etc. They check ✔️ it out. Trust them very much!!!"

"This place is a little hard to find when you’re a new customer - that being that it’s on the second floor and hard to see when you’re driving down the busy road. But you’re able to park in their spacious well paved back lot and just use the elevator or back stairs. The guys there are quite knowledgeable. Connor did a great job putting together the Thule snow package for my car. Thule has gotten aggressively expensive over the years so the prices aren’t cheap. But Thule has a 25 year warranty and overall a great product which Rack & Go seems to know well."

"Fair, Concise, Knowledgeable and professional. I was researching Kayak racks for my (2) 14.5' Kayaks on my MDX. I called and spoke to Nassir who was very helpful and described all the different options I had. Then I went into the shop and spoke with Conner who was also very helpful. After exploring all the options, I went with the very expensive Thule Huillivators but the guys gave me a fair discount and then pre-assembled the units so the actual install on my vehicle was only about a half hour. I love my hullivsators and my new friends at Rack and Go"

Was able to make a big purchase decision very painlessly, and i drove away with the new cargo box installed on my car! They are also a repair center for Thule equipment so even better. Same pricing as what i saw online. Highly recommend."
