Reviews of Golden Sushi
"They care about you when you walk into the restaurant. They will share what is the best seller and which foods had the most promotion. try to take an order what they're suggested. Because you will never regret it!!!!!!!! I recommend this place when you have group such as family or friends to have sushi, sashimi and seafoods. Next I Will be there again."
"The seafood in many old restaurants is very fresh. The boss has changed one, but the quality remains the same!"
"You can tell, the amount of effort put into the quality of the seafood and service by this new owner. He personally stopped by our table multiple times to check on us, gave us some extra side dishes, and the seafood blew me away. Not a single item tasted fishy, the fatty tuna melted in my mouth. Will be bringing my friends and family here for special occasions for as long as they’re in business. So happy to support and hope they do well. I’ve been here before under the previous ownership and I can actually taste a difference."
"Definitely my hands down for Korean hwae (Sashimi) place. Their side dish selection are more than other places. Great service, and the freshness is just on point. It located little far from the main street but definitely worth!"
"4.5 stars. We came to this restaurant because we were looking for a new AYCE restaurant to try. So, we were very excited to come here this past weekend. We were a bit confused that the sign on the front of the restaurant said “Pado Sushi”. I’m guessing they recently changed ownership and haven’t had the chance to change the sign yet?? The restaurant itself is large, good for large groups and the décor is unpretentious. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by the staff. Our waiter didn’t really speak English and when we asked about the all you can eat option, she shook her head and said no, which I’m guessing to mean that they no longer offer the all you can eat sushi. Was so bummed about this but since we were sitting down already, we decided to stay and eat. We ordered a kani salad, Alaska roll, Shrimp tempura roll, broiled salmon teriyaki and vegetable tempura. At the beginning of the meal we were given six banchan dishes and a small bowl of jook (porridge). The banchan consisted of small salad, pickled cucumber, pickled onions, radish & potatoes, tea jelly and kimchi. The banchan dishes were okay, but the porridge was surprisingly delicious! The rice was very flavorful and was a nice starter to the meal. Both the Alaska roll and shrimp tempura roll were solid. Not the best I’ve had but good. Luckily, the kani salad was yummy and had a nice spicy kick. I ended up putting the kani salad on top of the sushi rolls and together it was delicious! That little bit of kick from the salad really enhanced the sushi rolls. I was really glad I ordered it. The tempura dish was very good. It was crunchy, light and fresh tasting. And the broiled salmon dish was outstanding. It was on a sizzling platter with a side of rice. The salmon was broiled perfectly and slightly underdone, which I really loved. This was my favorite dish from our meal. As we were eating, they gave us complimentary sides of grilled mushroom with broccoli and small bowl of steamed egg. This was such a nice surprise and we greatly appreciated it. Finally, at the end of the meal they gave each of us a Yakult drink with our check. I remember drinking this as a child but hadn’t had it in a very long time. It’s an unusual item to hand out at restaurants but it was sort of appropriate. I thought it was great. I must say, this restaurant was a bit of a surprise. We started out bummed about not getting to eat AYCE but ended up having a really great meal"
