"Was probably the worst service I ever had a cold stone . It wasn’t busy at all and one of the employees was distracted by her visiting friends. The girl that made our order was very light on the topping. For the money I spent I wish I would have gone be elsewhere. I won’t be visiting the cold Stone again."
"This was a love/hate experience. Cold Stone Creamery has very good ice cream and a lot of "mixins" that are creative and delicious. That said, I feel that they're WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!! A medium cone was nearly $12. I was shocked!! I could have bought a gallon or more of ice cream for that amount of $. Also...while the cone was tasty, it was so large that getting to the ice cream was a thoroughly messy affair. I felt like a 9 year-old with sticky hot fudge covering more of my face than vanity would allow. It was also too much of a serving for one human being. Consequently, I could only conclude that their business model was to load up the cones...and charge a fortune for it. Next time, I'm going to DQ."
"I always enjoyed coming to Cold stone. My favorite is the pecan caramel in a waffle bowl. Yes the price point is pretty high, but I really enjoy this ice-cream. I have never had their ice-cream cakes, I never had one so i can’t speak on them. But they look really really good."
