"Great property oceanfront with a room layout in 1207 that lets everyone see the beach. Kids had fun in the lazy river and indoor pool! The staff is helpful and courteous and the building is very clean and well maintained."
"This is the second time my family and I have stayed here and we love it. First time we rented unit 602 and it was beautiful. The furniture was updated, appliances new, beautiful rooms and very clean. We wanted to get the same unit this year but it was already booked so we settled for PH7. PH7 was a great condo however the furniture looked cheap and the balcony was very small compared to our other unit. Also our smoke alarm went off three times during the night in one of the bedrooms and was so deafening that we had to scream at each other to see what was going on....turns out the battery was low. We just figured for the money we spent the furniture/appliances should be updated. However that being said we love Blue Water Keyes and will continue to use them."
"Do NOT recommend staying here if you have children!!! A lot of older residents made it very obvious that they do not want children there. It got to the point where we felt like we were being harassed and I can assure you my children were not out of line what so ever. We got a knock on the door at 9:58 the night we got in from the older man below us telling us to quiet our children down (after a 14 hour drive) and that is 4 adults should not be out on our balcony talking because it’s too late. After quieting down and not being able to spend time in our room for the rest of the week for the fear of making this man angry and “calling in” on us, every time we would pass this man we would be polite and he would just shake his head or roll his eyes. Then we were approached my another older man who pretended to be the “president of the HOA” and told us that our children were not allowed in the hot tub. The pool was freezing, we were the only ones down there, and not hurting anything at all! We later found out that the president of the HOA was actually not on the premises. Again, do not recommend staying here if you have children. Residents are very rude and if you’re not retired, you don’t fit in! It’s a shame to spend over $2000 and not be able to enjoy the room/ hotel you rented."
"We love, love, love this place. Family friendly, clean, amazing maintenance crew, the whole nine yards. Beach front, no room has a bad view. Indoor and outdoor pool, lazy river and two hot tubs. Indoor gym, public parking across the street as well. Fabulous place."
"Great place for families to stay! We rented a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo and it was extremely spacious! The building was very clean and updated. During our stay, there were people painting the walls and doors and redoing the landscaping, probably in preparation for the busy season. There was a trash shoot right outside our door, which was nice! The outdoor pool was closed during our stay, probably due to the cold weather, but the indoor pool and the hot tubs were open and very warm!"
