"Older building but being kept in good shape and updated. Second year visiting and love how close everything is and not a far walk to abiding which is great for my disabled parents and my broken ankle! Parking is across the street but really it’s not any further off a walk than other complexes."

"I loved my 2 week stay here at Waterpointe 1. This was one of the better condos I have stayed in North Myrtle Beach and I have stayed in several over the years mainly because of the upkeep and atmosphere. You can tell the HOA and residents take very good care of the place. I talked to a few of them and they were very friendly and welcoming. All the residents seem like one big happy family! I also appreciated that it was very quiet and not rowdy at night as about half the places I have stayed usually have some loud guests. The common areas are very clean and looks like they have been recently updated. There is an indoor pool and hot tub we enjoyed and just the right temperature. There is also an outdoor pool and kiddie pool. I enjoyed the 2 walkways to the beach that were both equipped with places to wash off the sand on your way back to beach. My spouse and I are wanting to buy a vacation condo soon and have been looking around and would defnitely consider this place."

"Wonderful place and very inviting. The views of the ocean from the balcony is amazing! I love the lobby they have books and magazines for anyone to read. I love the special event they had Rock painting and playing cards! The kids really like painting shells and rocks, a great way to end the vacation. They will remember this trip! I am going to book for our next trip back to Water Pointe 1. I even met the maintenance man he was very friendly, he recommended a great place to eat too. The beach was nice I am glad we rented an umbrella too."

"Condo 1006, 10th floor, 3 bedroom & 2 bath, comfortable furnishings, clean and well maintained direct oceanfront home. Large balcony 6x16. Sliding door with sliding screen. Door can be difficult to open/close. Patio table and chairs. Full kitchen, nicely stocked with cookware, etc. Little room for stowing groceries though. Washer and dryer built in, in the kitchen. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee pot, toaster, blender, well stocked. Large master suite, nearly a full wall, floor to ceiling, view of the ocean - breathtaking. King bed. In suite bath, tub and shower. Queen in second bedroom. Two twin beds in the very cozy, tiny, third bedroom. Second bath just off of the kitchen, very nice step in shower. New carpet throughout, or appears to be. Sleeper couch. Eat at counter option and table and chairs. Fast elevator. Indoor heated pool, prefect temp, and hot tub. Outdoor pool, didn't use (April)and covered due to balcony maintenance. That leads me to my only true complaint. The noise at times (4 month old, naps) was so irritating and disruptive. Stayed here from the 3rd to 18th. Some construction noise everyday it didn't rain and through the week only. Temporary issue though, not ongoing keep in mind. Each bedroom has a dresser for storage, the 2 larger bedroom both have closets. Nice towels and linens provided. Valet and shopping carts for ease of transporting your belongings / groceries. Nice lady always seen sweeping, etc. ,keeping the building clean. Restaurants, Walgreens, CVS, shopping and grocery close enough to walk to ( for me anyway, less than 1 mile round trip). Mr & Mrs House, whom manage multiple condo rentals in this building are wonderful! Beyond kind, helpful, generous with their time, they care that you enjoy your stay. Even considering the aggravating construction noise I rate this condo stay 5 stars."
