"Buyer be aware of digital shopping at this location! ShopRite's substitution policy for sale items that are not available is to replace them with FULL price items NOT as one would expect to replace the item at the sale price. This location seems to do a lot of substituions! You need to uncheck allow substituion for each item you put in your cart. Clipped coupons seem to be ignored. Weekly circular prices aren't used for online purchases! Circular price English Muffins $1.99. Shop at home price $5.29. No option to decline bags! Bags provided are paper and about half the size of typical shopping bag. Bags cost 10 cents! After my first time doing shop at home I figure I paid nearly double what I would have paid if I had gotten the same products in the store. Update: Not a fan of responses that haven't taken two minutes to look into the situation. If they had they would know that both the at home manager and the store manager were contacted. Neither seemed interested or empowered to resolve the situation. In fact the store manager that agreed investigate and get back to me but when he didn't and I asked why he responded "didn't get around to it". Both seemed to be content to have me drive back to the store and return the ENTIRE order. You already have a complaint filed with corporate that has just been referred to the store. I attempted to call the number you referenced and after 20 minutes on hold an automated message told me I was 19 in queue so I hung up."

"I am so amazed with Debbie in the florist department! She did my flowers for my wedding on Nov 12, 2022 and did an absolutely outstanding job. We ordered bridesmaids bouquets, bridal bouquet, boutonnières, grandparent corsages, and bulk babies breath/greenery for decorations. She was so kind, professional and easy to get in touch with if I had any questions. All of my guests were commenting on the bouquets - they truly were stunning! "Well-organized branch of ShopRite, with sections specializing in fish, meats, produce, fruits, flower and bakery. Lotto games on sale at a designated counter. Clean, modern bathrooms on site. Extensive section for beers. Outside is a kiosk of RedBox, and a terminal for returns of water cooler bottles. Lots of parking available in lot outside."

"The best thing about this store is the Shop At Home program. You can buy online and have it either there for you to pick up or have it delivered to your home. It has had some changes and they're not all good changes. I've recently started using the Walmart shop and home program. (see that review) but this will still be my stand by. But to get the very best prices you have to buy certain items and bulk them with other items you might not usually buy for a deeper discount. I have personal views why I don't want to give Walmart my business, but Shoprite's prices need to stay good. Instead of just during a sale. Shoprite has a habit of putting something on sale, then for the next two weeks it's more than other stores, then it's back on sale. I don't know if they're banking on you not noticing or them hoping that you need the item weekly and will pay the higher price. But either way, it's had me bouncing around and trying whatever is on sale and stocking up with my favorite item's are on sale.."
