"Not going to write, just pointing stuff *Bad odor *Old carpet *Nasty smell room *Not heated pool " we were told that it was" *Not exchange machine at laundry *Parking area designed by an apprentice engineer (horrible) *Bathtub was dirty * Sliding doors appears to have never seen a clean towel For Air B&B renters beware ( the Lobby is called Lobby or front desk ) but theres is Not a front desk , so if you have questions they will be answered by the AirBnB agent by email or text and they are general answers they don't have clue what's going on with the place."
"When we first walked into the condo, we were impressed. It was updated and nicely decorated. But after we were there for a couple of days, we started to see more and more that the room was not cleaned properly. Under the nightstand we found someone's medicine from May, we stayed in July. The bathroom around the tub was caked with black dirt. The sink around the edges was filthy. We had to fill out a survey to ask if we called about the room being dirty, but I did not. When we arrived it was already 10 after 7 that evening before we were allowed to even enter the room after "cleaning", I did not want to have to sit somewhere in the lobby for hours for them to reclean."
"The view was really nice from the 7th floor. Our room, from our understanding, was one of the nicer rooms in the complex. The bar & grill (located next to the pool with an observation deck on top of it) has decent food as well as drinks. Parking here is a little rough. It's pretty tight getting in & out. There's parking below the complex, but it's difficult to maneuver one's vehicle in/out(particularly if it's a full size vehicle such as a 4-door truck, Expedition, Tahoe, etc.), so just be cautious & careful. Overall, our stay here wasn't bad. We enjoyed our time."
"We have been staying at the St. Clement's Suites for years now. We have met and know some of the owners of the condos. These are NOT hotel rooms, they are personally owned and furnished. The staff in the building and on the grounds are friendly and helpful every year. With the exception of one person at the front desk at the Caravelle Offices no one knows what it is going on and almost every trip there are issues. This trip was par for the course but was made worse by hurricane Ian. The St. Clement's is older and yes the parking is a pain but I haven't hit a pillar yet but the view is incredible. The beach bar and grill is right out the front door and if you don't want to go anywhere for a couple of days and eat lunch/dinner there. It is centrally located along the beach and you have Barefoot Landing to the north and Broadway at the Beach to the south along with downtown MB. If you want a beach stay and don't mind driving 5 minutes to get groceries or anything else stay here. They don't build this close to the beach anymore and after riding out the hurricane Friday I can understand why. As a bonus if they do an evening or night launch from Cape Canaveral you can watch it go across your view over the ocean. We watched the SpaceX launch leave the cape and arc up and across our view from FL up until it went into space. We saw the booster when it did the 3-engine fire to slow down to land on the barge at sea. You could not see the spacecraft but you can see the exhaust plume. I have video and pics."
"This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in, No TV, no Phone, Not enough towels and rags for everyone, roaches, out dated carpet, mold on the ceilings. And our air condoning in our room stopped working during the night, it was awful. We have to keep pushing to get a new room with air conditioning, and when we asked to talk to corporate the manager refused to give the number. Plus, I have asthma. The mold and hot air made it very difficult to breathe. Don’t even get me started in the parking places, dodging huge poles. The maids are very nice though, and there’s some good people. But the stay over all was stressful having to move rooms."
